Our stay at Riad Hiba was enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious. Despite some minor drawbacks such as dim lighting and a smelly bathroom, overall I would recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable accommodations.

Came in Marrakesh for trip, the hotel exceeded high expectations. The property was in an amazing location, keen to help in everything. It was also very close to the main square, the center of the Medina and the attractions.

The riad was beautifully decorated and offered a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling streets. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing transportation and keeping our luggage safe. The breakfast was delicious, although we wished there could have been more variety. I would highly recommend this riad for a memorable stay in Marrakech.

This hotel is a great value for money! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the close proximity to the main square. The attention to detail is impressive, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms that have amazing baths and reliable AC. The staff is very keen to help with anything and everything, providing excellent service and tasty breakfasts on the rooftop terrace.

This place is in a great spot, just a 10-minute walk from Dar si Said Museum. the staff here is really nice and friendly.

We loved our stay here! This hotel has an amazing location near the city center and within walking distance to everything you would want to see in the old town. The hotel facilities were very clean and had everything that we needed. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

A fantastic location is one of the best aspects of this hotel. Just a short walk from the main square with plenty of cheap eating options in the nearby alley. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help.

The building and rooms seem to be very old and are in desperate need of renovation. Cockroaches were spotted a few times, and the rooms were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.
